Family Horizons Counseling

Family Horizons offers comprehensive psychotherapy and forensic mental health services within Illinois. With locations in both the Ravenswood and Pilsen neighborhoods of Chicago, we provide a broad range of mental health services with clinicians specializing in working with children, adults, and families. Our therapists have specialized training in acute and complex trauma, child-caregiver attachment, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

We offer services for family and child domestic court referrals, in addition to assessments and evaluations including 604.10(b) Custody Evaluations, 215 Mental Health Examinations, and immigration psychological evaluations. Our team has expertise in family therapy, child-caregiver reunification, therapeutic parenting time, and clinically supervised visitation.
